Indoor Skiing Druskininkai, Lithuanina 2025/26

One of the most interesting parts of last season’s preparation was our time training in Druskininkai, Lithuania, at the indoor ski center. It was a completely different kind of experience.

I had the opportunity to train alongside the Croatian team, including Zrinka Ljutić, last year’s Slalom small globe winner, and later on with Leona Popović as well. Sharing the slope with athletes of that level was incredibly motivating - watching their approach, focus, and attention to detail gave me a lot of insight into what it takes to compete at the top.

Even though it wasn’t the open mountains I’m used to, training in Druskininkai was a great way to sharpen timing, build confidence, and keep that race feeling alive before the season started.
